La SPL (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Publique Locale) PORT HERACLEA a donc la gestion du bassin Est et du bassin Ouest ainsi que de l&rsquo;ensemble du Domaine Portuaire, \u00e0 l\u2019exception du centre d\u2019animation (restaurants).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Par ailleurs, toute occupation sur le Domaine Public Maritime doit faire l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;un titre d&rsquo;occupation. Lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une occupation sur le plan d&rsquo;eau, cela se traduit par un contrat de location (forfait annuel, garantie\u00a0d&rsquo;usage pour 15, 20, ou 30 ans, une dur\u00e9e inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 un an, un contrat journalier, hebdomadaire ou mensuel). Lorsqu&rsquo;il y a occupation sur la terre (car\u00e9nage, parking, etc.), des redevances sont \u00e9galement appliqu\u00e9es ou bien des AOT (Autorisation d&rsquo;Occupation Temporaire).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une place au port il faut avant toute chose s&rsquo;adresser \u00e0 l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 portuaire, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire la Capitainerie (par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone +33(0)494641781 , par email <a href=\"mailto:contact@port-heraclea.fr\">contact@port-heraclea.fr<\/a> ou par VHF sur le canal 9 en demandant \u00ab\u00a0Port Heraclea de Cavalaire\u00a0\u00bb).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Tout navire ne disposant pas de contrat ou d&rsquo;un titre dans le port et souhaitant venir s&rsquo;y amarrer (pour une nuit par exemple), doit se signaler et demander l&rsquo;autorisation d&rsquo;y entrer (par VHF sur le canal 9).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">En l\u2019absence d\u2019autorisation pr\u00e9alable, l\u2019occupant doit \u00e0 la SPL une indemnit\u00e9 calcul\u00e9e sur la base d\u2019un tarif \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:post-content --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class='avia-button-wrap avia-button-center  avia-builder-el-5  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_heading  '><a href='https:\/\/port-heraclea.fr\/index.php\/les-contrats-doccupations\/'  class='avia-button   avia-icon_select-yes-left-icon avia-color-theme-color avia-size-small avia-position-center '   ><span class='avia_button_icon avia_button_icon_left ' aria-hidden='true' data-av_icon='\ue81f' data-av_iconfont='entypo-fontello'><\/span><span class='avia_iconbox_title' >Visitez la rubrique \"Les Contrats d\u2019occupations\"<\/span><\/a><\/div><\/p>\r\n<div style='padding-bottom:10px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Chaque plaisancier titulaire d&rsquo;un contrat d&rsquo;occupation b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie alors des services propos\u00e9s par la SPL PORT HERACLEA, comme l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau et l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 via des bornes d&rsquo;alimentation situ\u00e9es sur les quais, de dispositifs d&rsquo;amarrages (chaine fille et pendille) permettant au plaisancier d&rsquo;y fixer ses amarres (2 ou 4 \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re et 1 ou 2 \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant). Le port met \u00e0 disposition \u00e9galement un\u00a0service m\u00e9t\u00e9o, un service de rade, la possibilit\u00e9 de remplissage des r\u00e9servoirs d\u2019eau et vidange d\u2019eaux grise\/noires.\u00a0Il peut \u00e9galement acc\u00e9der <strong>aux sanitaires<\/strong> (douches, wc, lavabos, lave-linge, etc.), \u00e0 des<strong> espaces techniques<\/strong>\u00a0payants pour effectuer des t\u00e2ches de maintenance de son bateau (aire de car\u00e9nage, de mise \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau, darse de grutage) ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 un <strong>Point Propre<\/strong> pour y d\u00e9poser les diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9chets (fus\u00e9es de d\u00e9tresse si le shipchandler est ferm\u00e9, hydrocarbures, peintures, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Le personnel de la SPL Port Heraclea est \u00e9galement l\u00e0 7j\/7 pour assister les plaisanciers dans leurs manoeuvres, assurer le nettoyage du plan d&rsquo;eau et des espaces verts, remorquages, interventions sous-marines, installation de contre-marches ainsi que les t\u00e2ches administratives li\u00e9e \u00e0 la gestion de la SPL et des relations clients avec les plaisanciers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\r\n<div class='avia-button-wrap avia-button-center  avia-builder-el-11  el_after_av_two_third  el_before_av_heading  '><a href='https:\/\/port-heraclea.fr\/index.php\/services\/equipements\/'  class='avia-button   avia-icon_select-yes-left-icon avia-color-theme-color avia-size-small avia-position-center '   ><span class='avia_button_icon avia_button_icon_left ' aria-hidden='true' data-av_icon='\ue81f' data-av_iconfont='entypo-fontello'><\/span><span class='avia_iconbox_title' >Visitez la rubrique \"Equipements\"<\/span><\/a><\/div>\r\n<div style='padding-bottom:10px; ' class='av-special-heading av-special-heading-h2    avia-builder-el-12  el_after_av_button  el_before_av_textblock   '><h2 class='av-special-heading-tag '  itemprop=\"headline\"  >Des professionnels \u00e0 votre service<\/h2><div class='special-heading-border'><div class='special-heading-inner-border' ><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">De nombreux professionnels du nautisme sont pr\u00e9sents pour assurer les prestations de maintenance, r\u00e9parations, ventes d&rsquo;accessoires ou de bateaux. Leur vedette de sauvetage est actuellement amarr\u00e9e au bout de la digue Est. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 faire un don pour les aider et les soutenir. Au sein de la SPL, certains de nos salari\u00e9s font partie de ces b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, comme Fiona VINCENT, Andr\u00e9 VILLETTE et Cyril GRIMAL (patron titulaire de la Station de Cavalaire).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">La surveillance nocturne des infrastructures est assur\u00e9e par nos agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui patrouillent \u00e0 pied sur les quais mais aussi en v\u00e9hicule. L&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9, une \u00e9quipe cynophile renforce cette pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des commerces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!--
